Workshops & Other Events

We organise various events and workshops at our wellness centre. We focus the topics around yoga, health & wellbeing, eco-friendly living and nutrition. Take a look at our current events below and book in for a unique experience while having an opportunity to learn new things and meet new people. We also want to give back to communities and organisations that support people and planet. We do this through various charity events where the profit gets donated to a selected charity organisation.

If you have ideas or suggestions about future events or workshops, please get in touch with us! We love sharing and learning from each other.

Aromatherapy for Winter Joy

Saturday 22nd November 10-14:00

AROMATHERAPY, ESSENTIAL OILS & VEGETARIAN LUNCH

Join us for a delightful day of aromatherapy, relaxing facial Qigong exercise and hands-on essential oil workshop. We will be exploring different types of essential oils that can help us get through flu season with a smile. We will also take a journey into the world of deeply relaxing aromatherapy and get to know fragrances such as Cedarwood, Frankinsens and Ylang Ylang.

Included in the price is a healthy vegetarian lunch at the Wellness Vibes cafe.

We welcome you to join us for a YOGA & BRUNCH event here at the Wellness Vibes studio. The brunch menu will be focusing around the wonderful seasonal produce that we are harvesting this time of the year. ✨
We will start the Saturday morning with an empowering, energising and fun Mandala Vinyasa Flow practice suitable for all levels followed by a healthy delicious brunch.
The Wellness Vibes kitchen focuses around clean, climate smart & delicious food that is good for both body & soul.

Love Your Cycle & Cycle-Sync Your Yoga Practice

How can you learn to powerfully flow with your body’s natural rhythms instead of being in a constant struggle with them?
This two day workshop teaches you exactly this. It’s about time we begin to honor our body’s natural rhythms instead of ignoring them.
On Saturday 5.12 we meet for a workshop with Carmen Lorenzana and on Sunday we learn how to cycle-sync your yoga practice together with Eva Kiviluoma. JOIN US FOR A YOGA, BRUNCH AND CLOTHING SWAP EVENT AT THE WELLNESS VIBES STUDIO!!
Did you know that more than 80 billion items of clothing is consumed each year and if nothing is done, we are facing a serious waste crisis while polluting and abusing natural resources. To do a small part in combatting the issue of over consumption, we organise clothing swap events combined with an energising morning Mandala Vinyasa Flow class followed by a healthy brunch.
