Workshops & Other Events

We organise various events and workshops at our wellness centre. We focus the topics around yoga, health & wellbeing, eco-friendly living and nutrition. Take a look at our current events below and book in for a unique experience while having an opportunity to learn new things and meet new people. We also want to give back to communities and organisations that support people and planet. We do this through various charity events where the profit gets donated to a selected charity organisation.

Mandala Yoga & Brunch – “Inspiration from India”

Familje Yoga – Perhe Jooga

TUES 1.9, 8.9 and 15.9.2020 at 17:30-18:30

The yoga classes and yoga will be held in Swedish or/and Finnish.

Vuxen & barn – yoga erbjuder en mysig, gemensam stund och en rolig introduktion till yogans värld. Yoga för barn har bevisats ha många fördelar. De olika lekfulla rörelserna i form av en saga stärker motoriken och balansen och ökar kroppsmedvetenheten. Att fokusera på andningen och att vara närvarande i stunden stärker koncentrationsförmågan, gör det lättare att slappna av och motverkar stress.

Aikuinen & lapsi- jooga on tunnelmallinen yhteinen hetki, jossa hauskalla tavalla tutustutaan joogan maailmaan. Lapset hyötyvät tutkitusti joogasta monella tavalla. Leikkimieliset jooga-asennot vahvistavat motoriikkaa ja tasapainoa ja kehittävät kehotietoisuutta. Hengitykseen ja läsnäoloon keskittyminen tukee yleisesti keskittymiskykyä ja rauhoittumiskykyä, sekä auttaa stressiä vastaan.


Autumn Detox Week

AYURVEDA, YOGA & DIGESTIVE HEALTH Mon 7.9 at 18-19:30 and Tue-Fri 8.9-11.9.2020 at 06:30-08:00

The lectures and yoga will be held in English.

We invite you to take part in a 4-day detox programme to cleanse the system after the summer delight and kick start autumn with an open and light body and mind by using the ancient wisdom of yoga and its sister-science Ayurveda 💪🌱💫

Monday evening we will start with a workshop on the ancient ayurvedic wisdom and techniques of a cleanse plus short kitchari making session. From Tuesday to Friday we will start each day with a detox tea and energising yoga class at the Wellness Vibes studio in Kauniainen, followed by a healthy and nutritious breakfast pack including various smoothies, juices and chia puddings.


Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine Workshop + Wild Herb Lunch


The lectures and yoga will be held in English.

Learn the medicinal, edible and magical folk ways of ayurvedic herbs with an expert herbalist! We will explore 10 different plants and spices. This everlasting knowledge can be applied to your daily routine, home kitchen and medicine cabinet. No prior herbalism or ayurveda knowledge necessary, just a deep interest to learn!

After the workshop, we will serve you a lunch buffet inspired by seasonal and local wild herbs with an explosion of flavours from nature


Yoga for Beginners

Sundays starting 13.9-4.10.2020 at 9:30-10:30

In this course, we will start from the beginning and discover the roots of yoga through understanding both the philosophy and the physical expressions of this healing practice. This course is designed to give the new student confidence on the yoga mat while introducing them to the world of yoga.

Saturday 19.9 at 10-12:30

Start the Saturday morning with an empowering and fun Vinyasa practice suitable for all levels followed by a healthy delicious brunch filled with goodness 😍
