Your menstrual cycle holds so much wisdom, how often do you tune-in and listen?
If you’re like me, you probably grew up seeing periods as a burden, something that needs to be managed and contained. But the menstrual cycle is more than bleeding once a month-ish and making babies. When you tune-in and listen, you can learn to powerfully flow with your body’s natural rhythms instead of being in a constant struggle with them.
IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL:
- Understand why your cycle is an amazing sustainability system that can help you know yourself better, boost your creativity, and deeply tap into your intuition.
- Explore the four hormonal phases of your cycle and the changes that you experience physically, emotionally, and mentally in each one of them.
- Discover your superpowers and vulnerabilities in each phase and use them to live a more sustainable life.
- Connect with your cyclical nature, even if you don’t have a period at the moment or anymore! If you’re in menopause or beyond, this workshop can help you to make peace with your menstrual journey by reflecting on it, going back and learning about the powers of menstruation. You are acyclical being and all the powers of the menstrual cycle still live within you!
Be gently guided through some exercises to start integrating the day’s teachings into your own menstrual experience.
Have the chance to ask questions, share your experience, and connect with others.

This workshop is open to women (regardless if they have a period or not) and menstruators. All menstrual experiences are valid and welcome, and having your energy and your experience in our circle will be a gift for all of us <3
Cycle-sync Your Yoga Practice with Eva
Cycle-Syncing has been on the lips of many women during the past couple of years. No wonder! It’s about time we begin to honor our body’s natural rhythms instead of ignoring them. In this workshop you will explore how to practice yoga and live in sync with your cycle.
This practical cycle-syncing workshop is aimed at giving you the understanding you need to sync your yoga practice with your constantly changing menstrual cycle.
This workshop is a continuation of Saturdays Love Your Cycle- workshop with Carmen, which serves as a foundation for the knowledge you’ll be receiving here.
IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL:
- Understand why it is important to sync your physical activities with your cycle.
- Explore how the physical practice changes during the four hormonal phases of your cycle.
- Learn which poses are beneficial to support you naturally through the challenges we face in our cycles. For example: how to use yoga to reduce PMS.
- Explore which poses are especially beneficial in each phase of your cycle.
- Be guided through a physical yoga asana practice, so take comfortable yoga clothing with you.
- Have the chance to ask questions, share your experience, and connect with others.
- Spend a day relaxing, being held, eating a delicious brunch, and recharging together!
