LIVE STREAM CLASSES
Our live stream online classes can be booked via our online booking schedule or the Mindbody app. You will pay for the class purchasing either a single pass, 3, 5 or 10 online class pass of your choice.
Classes will be streamed via Zoom, and you can download the app to your device HERE. You will receive detailed instructions when booking a class. We will send you an email with your unique Zoom link, meeting ID and password to join the yoga class approximately 30 minutes before. Our virtual doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow us time to connect.

Select from the following online class subscription to participate in our virtual classes. One class represents one Live Stream class signing up via our booking system, or watching one of our Online Yoga Classes in our media library.
To purchase any of the below pricing options below, you will need to create an account with our booking system Mindbody. Click and choose one of the below options.
ONLINE YOGA CLASS LIBRARY
We have a selection of pre-recorded yoga classes in our new Online Yoga Class Library. You access these classes by logging into your Mindbody account and click on the “Online Yoga Classes” tab. Purchase one of the above pricing options to participate in the class.
