Yoga for Beginners

This course is suitable for EVERYONE! Even if you never stepped on a yoga mat before.
In this course, we will start from the beginning and discover the roots of yoga through understanding both the philosophy and the physical expressions of this healing practice. This course is designed to give the new student confidence on the yoga mat while introducing them to the world of yoga. With this four-week programme, we will go through step-by-step the various asanas/poses, alignment, the concept of sun salutations, breathing techniques and meditation. Throughout we will discover how this practice also effects the body and mind. This is a four-week course that will be extended upon request.
You can participate in single classes or participate in the full course.
